Abstract/Objectives
This project aims to promote the development of nucleic acid drugs and provide the necessary technology and expertise for Taiwan's industry-academic units in drug manufacturing. The following six key services will be offered: Nucleic acid sequence design and vector construction RNA synthesis and modification for large-scale production Nucleic acid drug structural characterization Nanoparticle construction analysis Nucleic acid drug cellular activity analysis Nucleic acid drug delivery and efficacy validation In addition, the project will focus on overcoming process bottlenecks by developing new technologies and providing educational training to cultivate talent, in order to meet the future demands of the nucleic acid drug industry.
Results/Contributions

This project aims to promote the development of nucleic acid drugs and provide the necessary technologies and experience for various academic and industrial units in Taiwan. It proposes a one-stop service with six major offerings: "Nucleic Acid Sequence Design and Vector Construction," "RNA Synthesis and Modification Production," "Structural and Characterization Analysis of Nucleic Acid Drugs," "Nanoparticle Construction Analysis," "Cellular Activity Analysis of Nucleic Acid Drugs," and "Nucleic Acid Drug Delivery and Efficacy Validation," along with subsequent preparation optimization consultations. In addition to these services, this platform will continuously develop new technologies to address the bottlenecks currently encountered at various stages of the nucleic acid drug process and provide comprehensive training to cultivate talent to meet the future demand of the nucleic acid drug industry.
