Abstract/Objectives
This research project axis will focus on the election litigation and provide a legal dogmatic analysis of the right to institute legal proceedings, the right to equality, and the right to vote from a constitutional law perspective. This study covers three subtopics: the election litigation in the constitutional court and its preliminary injunction, the equality of by-election in the election law, and the legal dogmatic between subjective electoral rights and objective electoral principles. Its goal is to establish a specific doctrinal study of election law in order to guarantee non-political judgment and fair elections.
Results/Contributions
