This system includes: 1. **Training for New Staff**: New employees undergo an orientation focusing on maintaining neutrality in educational administration and adhering to integrity regulations to instill professional ethics from the outset. 2. **Digital and Physical Training Combined**: The school uses the "e-Public Service Garden + Learning Platform" to provide various online courses that promote respect and equity. 3. **Deepening Professional Knowledge**: Regular training sessions on gender equality and related regulations are held to emphasize the importance of honesty and fairness in administrative practices. This multi-layered approach aims to foster a culture of ethical and equitable education within the organization.

Our school has developed a multi-layered education and training system for new staff and current faculty members to ensure that values such as "neutrality in educational administration," "integrity and ethics," and "gender equality" are internalized within the organizational culture:
