Establish a Comprehensive Training Mechanism to Deepen Core Values in Educational Administration
Our school has developed a multi-layered education and training system for new staff and current faculty members to ensure that values such as "neutrality in educational administration," "integrity and ethics," and "gender equality" are internalized within the organizational culture:
1. Training for New Staff:
In the orientation course for new employees, a special focus is placed on neutrality in educational administration and integrity regulations, ensuring that colleagues establish a correct sense of professional ethics from the moment they join the school.
2. Digital and Physical Training Combined:
We actively utilize the resources of the "e-Public Service Garden + Learning Platform" from the Ministry of Personnel Administration to promote diverse, respectful, and equitable online courses.
3. Deepening Professional Knowledge:
Regular training sessions on gender equality education and regulations are conducted to implement the principles of honesty and fairness in daily administrative operations.
