In this study, through 18 weeks of gymnastic special skills training of two-handed throwing skills (throwing a ball with both hands, throwing a stick) and lower limb balance skills (rope walking, unicycle), it was found that the adjustment of autonomic nerves can be improved through special gymnastics training, but After stopping training, due to poor physical ability and coordination, without continuous training, it is more likely to lead to a decline in body coordination and autonomic nervous system regulation. In terms of the fine movements of body coordination and movement ability, after stopping the training, the subjects may have improved in fine and coordination performance due to the recovery of physical fatigue after a large amount of training; Insufficient numbers to achieve skill proficiency affected performance after cessation of training; balance performance was not affected after 4 weeks of cessation of training. It is suggested that in the future, we can check the physical fatigue of students during the training period and adjust the training volume in a timely manner, so that the body has enough time to recover, and reduce the impact of excessive fatigue accumulation on sports performance; and make more plans during the winter and summer vacations. Engage in sports to maintain the original exercise ability as much as possible, while reducing the regression of autonomic nerve regulation ability.
