During my internship, my main focus was on researching the user experience of students using the “Wisdom Hall (品學堂)—Digital Learning System for Reading Comprehension.” By conducting user interviews, we aimed to identify blind spots in content design and processes within the system. The results of these interviews and subsequent observations would contribute to improvements in the company's platform.
During the internship, we conducted interviews with a total of 5 users, including elementary, middle school, high school, and college students, to cover users of different age groups and understand their usage habits and experiences.
Through these interviews, we compiled a final interview conclusion report, from which we derived the following key conclusions:
(1) Most Popular Reading Tools: We discovered which reading tools students prefer to use and analyzed the attractiveness and advantages of these tools.
(2) Inconveniences in the Operating System: We documented the difficulties students encountered when using the platform, which could involve interface design, functionality, or other issues. This helped identify areas in need of improvement.
(3) Overall Reading Experience: We evaluated students' overall usage experience of the platform, including assessments of content quality, interactivity, and learning effectiveness.
In the end, we compiled a conclusion report summarizing these findings and recommendations. The results of this report will assist the company in optimizing the platform, making improvements tailored to students' needs, enhancing the overall quality and user satisfaction of the platform, and providing a more valuable learning experience.
