It examines the efforts of key figures in promoting integration, the negotiation and coordination of member states' interests, the implementation of common policies, and the establishment and development of organizational structures. This voluntary process of integration has been profoundly influenced by international political environments and economic changes, while also facing numerous internal disputes and crises. It is worth understanding the spirit of setting aside prejudices and seeking common ground amidst differences, as well as exploring the efforts made to pursue peace and national modernization.
