Abstract/Objectives

The teacher workshop focused on three key areas: 1. **Digital Interactive Teaching Materials**: Teachers created personalized Kahoot! projects under expert guidance, learning to use digital tools effectively for interactive classroom materials and enhancing their technology-assisted teaching skills. 2. **ORID Structured Reflection**: Participants engaged in the ORID method to evaluate their learning journey from the workshop. This approach allowed them to synthesize their experiences, moving from objective observations to subjective feelings about the use of digital tools, thereby reinforcing their understanding of these technologies' educational value. 3. **Interdisciplinary Teaching Applications**: Teachers from various subjects collaborated in discussions to develop diverse teaching plans. They explored how to use digital tools to boost student engagement and enhance classroom assessment, promoting peer exchange and cross-disciplinary sharing of teaching methods.

Results/Contributions (500 words)

The content of the teacher workshop includes the following:

1. Practical Development of Digital Interactive Teaching Materials: Participating teachers completed personalized Kahoot! teaching projects during the workshop. Through the instructor's step-by-step guidance, the teachers became familiar with the operation interface and test question design, transforming digital tools into interactive teaching materials that can be immediately used in the classroom, and mastering practical skills in technology-assisted teaching.

2. Establishing an ORID Structured Reflection Experience: At the end of the activity, the ORID focus discussion method was introduced to help teachers systematically review the learning journey over the past three days. From objective operational observations to subjective teaching feelings, the teachers successfully consolidated scattered learning of software functions into logically structured teaching experiences, enhancing their deep understanding of the value of digital tool application.

3. Building Consensus on Interdisciplinary Teaching Applications: Through collective discussions among teachers from different subjects, the activity resulted in a diverse range of teaching application plans. The teachers collaboratively discussed specific pathways for using digital tools to stimulate student motivation and classroom assessment, facilitating peer exchange in teaching practices and cross-disciplinary experience sharing.
