Abstract/Objectives
On November 16th, NTHU sports day, our club rented a booth to promote the vegetarian diet. Students who participated in our vegan quiz challenge could get a delicious vegan lunch box or a sixty dollars vegan coupon, which could apply to the six vegan restaurants around the school. Beforehand, our club members had also sincerely written letters to invite the school presidents and many of the faculty who have made substantial contributions to our school to join the event with us. To our great delight, the students participated in our challenge engagedly. Since ten o'clock in the morning, students drawn to our booth came in an endless stream to take up the challenge. The enthusiasm and earnestness of the club members also attracted participants aplenty. Through the quizzes in the challenge, we try to let the students know the benefits of a vegan diet to the environment and give them a chance to try it out by offering the vegan lunch box.

During the event, the vice president, the vice president of student affairs, and many other officials gave us enormous support and motivation by visiting our booth and participating in the challenge themselves! There were foreign students approaching our stall and trying to get involved in the game. We showed solidarity and teamwork by helping one another getting every question across in English. The shy and quiet members demonstrated their growth and breakthrough by volunteering to host the activity and lively interacting with the comers.

After the event, all the members gathered around in the club chamber and had a retrospect of the day's discoveries and gains altogether. We had successfully distributed 120 vegan lunch boxes and 184 coupons. We thanked one another for our hard work and selfless devotion, which were the driving force of the success of the event and the fertilizer of the cohesion of this club.
