Abstract/Objectives
The "2023 National Tsing Hua University College of Technology Management's Young Potential Talent Camp" is a growth camp organized by the College of Technology Management, specifically designed for students. The camp aims to help students explore their interests and potential through lectures led by experienced professors. The curriculum covers specialized courses in technology management such as quantitative finance, economics, management, as well as topics on career planning and current events analysis. The camp offers not just academic knowledge, but also includes alumni sharing sessions and team competitions, fostering learning through interaction and growth through competition.
Results/Contributions

This growth camp is designed to provide students with a comprehensive learning platform, enabling significant growth and inspiration in various aspects. Participants not only gain deep knowledge of various subjects but also learn how to apply this knowledge in real-life situations. Career planning guidance and practical skill training provided at the camp, such as presentation skills and exchange program experiences, help prepare students for their future careers.

Additionally, through team competitions and interactions with alumni, students enhance their teamwork and interpersonal communication skills. The camp also encourages students to engage in social contributions, supporting the growth of children from low-income families in the region through sponsorship programs. This not only enriches students' experiences in social practice but also enhances their sense of social responsibility. Overall, this growth camp effectively promotes comprehensive development in students academically, professionally, and socially.
