Many students reported that the practices helped them reduce anxiety, making them feel more positive and calm in their daily lives. Additionally, by sharing experiences and supporting one another, students experienced enhanced emotional connections, leading to greater relaxation effects. Furthermore, these group activities fostered social support and improved interactions among students, promoting a sense of community and collective strength as they learned together. Overall, the course's activities not only alleviated stress but also strengthened interpersonal relationships among participants.
