Abstract/Objectives
After entering the 21st century, people are facing serious problems such as energy crisis, global warming and acid deposition. These problems are closely related to the development and use of energy. The fundamental research field of the Department of Engineering and System Science (ESS) has been nuclear engineering since its establishment. Years ago, ESS deeply felt the importance of energy issues, and actively make efforts to the teaching and research of green energy. Besides, ESS also organize the Department of Engineering Physics of Beijing Tsinghua University and the City University of Hong Kong to hold this event annually.
Results/Contributions （500 words）
Participants saw the advanced construction in different regions, the investment in green energy industry, the close integration of academic and industry, and the scale of various facilities, and they had a more direct experience of what they had learned and heard. In addition to academic activities, the interaction between people is also very valuable.
