Sustainable Development Goals
Abstract/Objectives
With the changes in the economic and social environment, the importance of talent to enterprise development has become increasingly emphasized. Amid declining birth rates, companies need to focus more on their internal talent to maintain good labor-employer relationships. Talent is the foundation of organizational development, and in pursuing sustainable development, the health and sustainability of the workforce must also be considered crucial factors. Maintaining employees' physical and mental health ensures better development and productivity for the employees and the organization. In response to the evolving social environment and the rise of the sustainability concept, workplace health services have extended from the prevention of occupational diseases to the prevention of personal chronic diseases and the promotion of physical and mental health, advocating for more comprehensive workplace health services.
Results/Contributions

This study targets employees who understand corporate sustainable development and workplace health measures and are actively involved in related work. The study employs the modified Delphi method and fuzzy hierarchical analysis. Through the collection of literature data and the integration of the GRI 403 Occupational Health and Safety guidelines, a modified Delphi method questionnaire was developed to conduct expert opinion surveys. The questionnaire results were analyzed to construct sustainable health indicators for corporate workplaces, including three indicator dimensions and nineteen indicator check items. The indicator dimensions are based on the GRI 403 guidelines, specifically 403-3 Occupational Health Services, 403-5 Worker Training on Occupational Health and Safety, and 403-6 Promotion of Worker Health. Finally, the fuzzy hierarchical analysis method was used to establish the overall items' weight distribution and importance ranking. The analysis results indicated that the "Promotion of Worker Health" dimension had the highest relative weight value, at .485, with the indicator element "Healthy Diet" having the highest relative weight value within this dimension, at .231. Next was the dimension of " Worker Training on Occupational Health and Safety," with a relative weight value of .313, and the indicator element "Physical and Mental Health" having the highest relative weight value within this dimension, at .202. The "Occupational Health Services" dimension had the lowest relative weight value, at .202, with the indicator element " Health Screening and Follow-up " having the highest relative weight value within this dimension, at .327. All levels and elements passed the consistency test. Based on the research results, this study provides practical conclusions and suggestions. These insights aim to offer enterprises a reference for self-assessment and strategic planning, enabling them to create a sustainable and healthy workplace environment. The study's three dimensions of workplace health services, occupational health and safety training, and worker health promotion provide a comprehensive framework for action, with each dimension offering specific strategies and practices that can be implemented in the workplace.
