After each tutoring time, students will exchange their experience in the tutoring process with each other; sometimes students struggling during tutoring, or consume a lot of energy, they can get some encouragement or energy from the feedback of other volunteers to support each other.
The most important part is the last week of the lesson, the organization and volunteers will meet to exchange what they have gained during the semester, including observations on children, suggestions to the organization, and related questions.In the process of tutoring, in addition to assisting the children in their studies, the interaction between the volunteers and the children is also a very important learning, learning how to empathize, how to set boundaries gently and firmly, and interact with them.
