Abstract/Objectives
In order to maintain the daily use and management of campus buildings, the environmental sanitation and cleanliness of the buildings are managed by the personnel of each building and supervise the cleaning vendors to maintain the building environment.
Results/Contributions

1. In line with NTHU's Environmental Protection and Occupational Safety and Health Management Policy, various campus sustainability development initiatives are continuously promoted. These include fostering campus biodiversity, responsible dining consumption, green procurement, energy conservation and carbon reduction, and resource recycling and reuse, aiming to create a green campus.

2. The cleaning of public spaces or bathrooms and toilets in various campus buildings, dormitories, venues, etc. shall be coordinated and outsourced for cleaning. Supervisors of each building shall be responsible for supervising manufacturers to clean and require the use of environmentally friendly cleaning agents or supplies with various environmental protection labels.

3. Personnel from each unit are requested to strengthen inspections every month and before and after typhoons and heavy rains to check whether the drain holes on the roofs of each library are blocked, and clean the drain holes on the roofs and balconies of each library, as well as the surrounding ditches and grilles, to avoid flooding hazards caused by blockage.
