We interviewed waste disposal agencies, industry operators, and the Solar Photonics Industry Association, etc. related to this topic. Stakeholders know that glass, which accounts for a large proportion of solar panels, is strengthened glass, which is more difficult to recycle than glass with low recycling efficiency. Therefore, we envision using the glass in waste solar panels as raw materials for greenhouse projects. We are investigating the greenhouse process In China, we did a small experiment and visited the greenhouse manufacturer to understand the infeasibility, so we turned to modular solar panels to make ideas. If solar panels are designed with a modular concept and an effective business model, some materials can be replaced and resource exhaustion can be reduced.
