Abstract/Objectives
In recent years, the fast fashion trend of Western world has emerged in Taiwan. The rise of fast fashion has affected the traditional dressing habits of Taiwanese. The constant innovation of affordable products is deeply attractive to consumers, often causing consumers to make purchases without careful consideration, not sure whether the clothes are really suitable for them, thus causing a lot of waste of clothes.
The clothing industry is the second largest polluting industry in the world, causing a lot of pollution from production to sales. The negative impact of fast fashion on the environment is numerous. The meaning of fast fashion is no longer just fashion and trendy, but temptation and blind pursuit.
The rapid change and replacement of clothing has resulted in many garments being discarded in good condition. If these second-hand clothes can be used by people who need or like them, extending the life of the clothes and maximizing the benefits of a piece of clothing. It may be possible to reduce the demand for new clothes, reduce the number of new clothes purchased, and ultimately reduce the environment. pollution target.
Therefore, our plan is to reduce the number of times people buy new clothes and avoid impulsive shopping by establishing a "clothing platform"
This plan can achieve SDGs goal 12 "promoting a green economy and ensuring sustainable consumption and production patterns".
