This research aims to explore the current situation that related situations of the kindergarten supervisor’s aesthetic leadership, preschool educator’s aesthetic experience, and teaching professional performance. To achieve research’s purpose, a literature review was conducted to establish the fundamental theory of this study and develop questionnaires. Questionnaire survey was conducted in the relevant communities of the preschool educator, and 666 valid questionnaires were received. The results were as follows:
Perception of preschool educators is 1. average medium to high extent to the present situation of preschool director aesthetic leadership. Among all, the aspect of Emotional awareness has the highest level.
2. Perception of preschool educators is average to high extent to the present situation of aesthetic experience. Among all, the aspect of dedicated feel has the highest level.
3. Perception of preschool educators is average to high extent to the present situation of teaching professional performance. Among all, the aspect of professional ethics has the highest level.
4. Preschool director aesthetic leadership and preschool educators aesthetic experience are intermediate low and positively correlated.
5. Preschool director aesthetic leadership and preschool educators teaching professional performance are intermediate low and positively correlated.
6. Preschool educators aesthetic experience and teaching professional performance are intermediate and positively correlated.
Preschool educators aesthetic experience has full mediating effect in the relationship between preschool director aesthetic leadership and Preschool educators teaching professional performance.
