Abstract/Objectives
Have you ever noticed packing clothes on the street corner while strolling in old Hsinchu city? Even a paper bowl with change or a flattened carton?
REAL invited the “Stone-Soup in Hsinchu”, composed of students from NTHU and NYCU. The members shared their observations during the implementation of the plan, and took everyone into the alleys of the city to learn about the survival culture of the homeless.
Results/Contributions
In the lecture brought by the team, "Stone-Soup in Hsinchu", participants learned about the life situation of the homeless in Hsinchu and the experience of team members in implementing the plan. Through on-site guided tours, participants walked into the alleys of Hsinchu's old city, talked with the homeless on the spot, and learned about the survival culture of the homeless.
