This event focuses on "Equestrian Experience," leading students to the Solomon Horse Farm in Hsinchu. Through on-site observation, hands-on practice, and riding experiences, students learn about sustainable management practices and animal-friendly principles in the equestrian industry. First, the coach guides students through the farm environment to understand sustainable management measures such as stable design, feed sources, and waste disposal, as well as the process of horse health care and animal welfare principles.

During the hands-on practice segment, students participate in daily care tasks such as feeding, cleaning, grooming, and hooves maintenance, learning to build trust with animals while cultivating attention to detail and a sense of responsibility. Riding lessons are conducted under the guidance of professional coaches, where students practice proper posture and control techniques, enhancing their physical coordination and self-confidence. At the end of the course, a cross-cultural comparison is arranged to introduce the development of equestrian sports and industries both domestically and internationally, expanding students' understanding of global sustainable practices.

Through this event, students not only acquire equestrian and animal care skills but also deepen their understanding of sustainable management and responsible consumption, internalizing the principles of animal welfare into their daily actions. The activity also promotes communication and collaboration among students from different grades, fostering teamwork and empathy, and demonstrating the high educational integration benefits. Overall, this event successfully connects local industries, hands-on learning, and an international perspective, embodying higher education’s active commitment to social practice and sustainable development.
